Thank you for buying "Green Bert". If you convince 300,000 of your friends to buy this game, I can buy a new Ferrari, and you will receive a real tape with the game!

The story so far

---

In the year 2090, AI has advanced rapidly. The military has concluded that humans are too unreliable, so they have decided to hand over complete control to an all-powerful AI. This AI will oversee everything and eliminate the root causes of Earth's problems!

At the UN summit, a representative from one nation proposed a name for this new AI. He remembered a very popular and successful movie from the past, which featured an AI just like their own.

Everyone knew that this movie was incredibly successful, and with the unanimous decision, they voted to adopt that name. Everyone believed that this name — like the movie — would symbolize achievement, success, and progress for humankind.

And with that, Skynet was born.

You are Bert Green, a postal officer. Your finest technological and military achievement was managing to run Counter Strike at 15fps on your old PC. One day, five helicopters land near you, and an Admiral approaches you. He hands you an envelope and informs you that you were chosen by Skynet to save humanity. The envelope reads, 'Green Beret Very Secret Mission - Do not tell anyone.'. The next day you wake up in a foreign country...

In "Green Bert" you take the role of the not-famous postal officer Bert Green. By mistake Skynet -the military AI- decided that you are the best Green Beret cadet the country has to offer so you were send in a mission to retrieve something extremely secret that is top secret.

You navigate inside the military compound using the usual commands W,E,U,D!
